Pros:
Fits great in a small space in my laundry room
Has more than double the capacity of my previous little freezer (and it is in the height)
Can function as a fridge or a freezer

We were able to transport home from the store ourselves (thereby avoiding the issues with delivery which seemed to comprise the negative comments on this freezer) & saving $75 delivery fee

Cons:
Shelves are smaller than the actual space available with about 1" behind & 2" in front of the shelves 
Only 1 basket at the bottom (but ordered a set of 6 from Amazon & there fit perfectly and maximize the space usage.
No storage on the inside of door ( miss that for little things like butter) but other than that, this freezer meets all my needs

Great freezer

Excellent little freezer , quiet and works very well .  Picked this unit cause it still has metal racks and is frost free.  Can also work as a refrigerator if you want .  After unboxing , noticed there was a slight dent on one side , doesn't effect operation but check yours carefully after unboxing.  
Very happy with our choice .

Great Value and Works Perfectly

Paid extra for frost free. Well worth it. Perfect amount of storage space. Looks great except for dent in door (box was damaged). However, it is stored where this does not matter.

Great size for a small space

Very nice freezer, quiet and works great, Easy access to frozen goods. Simple temperature modes. I don't understand other people's complains about how loud/ noisy it is, wobbly etc. it has adjustable legs to level, i would suggest to read user manual carefully before setting up this freezer and sharing negative comments … I'm very pleased with this freezer.

Arctic King 8.3 CF upright freezer/fridge

The freezer is great for our needs, and we love it.  But, the delivery was a nightmare.  Highly recommend the Arctic King 8.3 cu. ft. Upright Freezer; but will never order a large appliance from Walmart again.  The Walmart shipping and delivery experience was too stressful.

GREAT UPRIGHT FREEZER - TERRIBLE DELIVERY

I did a lot of research when I was shopping for an upright freezer and when I came across this particular type and model when I did the review from other customers there was a lot of poor review so I was somewhat concerned anyway I still wanna had because I was looking for something where it wasomewhere it would meet it would fit in my budget in this debt the price was more than reasonable and so far since I purchased this I purchased this at the beginning of June And so far it's been absolutely amazing I didn't even realize that it was frost free which it is which is even an extra bonus so I'm getting more than value for my money

Value for my money

I have had this freezer for about 3 months now.so far no issues.it is located in my garage and has been thru some really  warm weathers ,so far so good.it is perfect size for us and no more digging for stuff.easy flip from fridge to freezer with auto default to the correct temperature.delivery was prompt.so overall I am very satisfied.

This is a one star rating because of Walmart deceptive delivery policy! The freezer in itself is just fine although the pictures online make you think that the shelves are deeper than they are. The shelves are tiny, so large objects or wide objects would not fit. But if you need this product delivered, then I strongly encourage you to save your $75 delivery fee and see if you can get friends or family to go to the store and pick it up for you. I am a person living with a disability and paid/wasted $75 to have this product delivered to my home. Day and Ross is the company that Walmart uses and yes, they delivered it! Thank you very much… But it was left in the middle of my driveway… A over 100lb freezer that I am not physically capable to lift or move… Hence the reason for paying for delivery! And when I called up Day & Ross customer service and also Walmart customer service I was informed that I paid for location to location delivery and that there's no obligation for the delivery company to bring the product into my home. So they sat a freezer on my driveway  and I was not able to do anything to have it moved by either company. So I basically wasted my money and if I had known that delivery does not mean bringing it inside of your property then I would've got my freezer elsewhere. Incredibly frustrating and eye opening experience!

Be aware of Walmart's deceptive ‘delivery' policy!

It did not cool from the first time I plugged it in and I am still waiting for them to come pick it up to replace it. I am without a deep freeze for who knows how long cause they won't send me a new one until they get this one back at their warehouse.

Literally never cooled at all

I liked the look of the freezer, slim and sleek. The courier just dropped it off in my driveway,  no contact was made to even let me know when delivery would happen, lyckily the weather was fair.
Unfortunately, it came with 2 dents in very visible places. I contacted Walmart and was willing to overlook these blemishes if they would compensate a bit of a refund. Best they could do was $20! They won't even send a new freezer and take this freezer back in return to swap damaged for new. I would have to order another one and put out more money. 🤔
Item returned and courier did not leave a pick up slip thus nothing to prove that they ever picked up my item. I am out over $600 until Walmart receives my freezer back.
I will not be ordering large items from Walmart again- too much hassle and my money remains tied up until they get my freezer back.
