Pros:
Fits great in a small space in my laundry room
Has more than double the capacity of my previous little freezer (and it is in the height)

We were able to transport home from the store ourselves (thereby avoiding the issues with delivery which seemed to comprise the negative comments on this freezer) & saving $75 delivery fee

Cons:
Shelves are smaller than the actual space available with about 1" behind & 2" in front of the shelves 
Only 1 basket at the bottom (but ordered a set of 6 from Amazon & there fit perfectly and maximize the space usage.
No storage on the inside of door ( miss that for little things like butter) but other than that, this freezer meets all my needs

Great freezer

Excellent little freezer , quiet and works very well .  Picked this unit cause it still has metal racks and is frost free.  Can also work as a refrigerator if you want .  After unboxing , noticed there was a slight dent on one side , doesn't effect operation but check yours carefully after unboxing.  
Very happy with our choice .

Great Value and Works Perfectly

Paid extra for frost free. Well worth it. Perfect amount of storage space. Looks great except for dent in door (box was damaged). However, it is stored where this does not matter.

Great size for a small space

I have had this freezer for about 3 months now.so far no issues.it is located in my garage and has been thru some really  warm weathers ,so far so good.it is perfect size for us and no more digging for stuff.easy flip from fridge to freezer with auto default to the correct temperature.delivery was prompt.so overall I am very satisfied.

just perfect

Was highly recommended by my friend for an auto-defrost upright freezer. I bought this at great discount (and this was then quickly sold out a few days before Black Friday). Now I am able to stock a lot of food and dessert in a very organised manner.

Nice price and function

Everything is frozen. The motor is quiet.   The delivery guy said "Rules are:  I only deliver to the door".  He couldn't bring it into the house - let alone taking it to the basement.   The screws to attach the door handle are too short and made of useless cheap plastic.  I had to find metal ones that fit (not easy).  Fast delivery (earlier than planned)

A few hiccups

So far so good. I paid full price. The packaging was good and no damage to the freezer. I have been using it for a few week and it seems to be working fine. A small light in the freezer would be nice, but I have it indoors where there is light so it's no big deal. 

The only thing I would say is about the delivery, the freezer was left on the porch, no one even ran the bell, it had been sitting there I don't know how long. It can easily be spotted by anyone to steal it. I had to drag the hug box over the stair by myself!

nice look, quiet, big volumn, and working fine as expected, a few cons: the centre of gravity seems not well designed, i.e. it wobbles when pulling the door; no light ball in the fridge; awkward with door handle installation, i.e. pre-installed handle screw cap easily broke and the remaining stud got stuck in the screw hole, nearly impossible to get it out but you may push it in so you can insert screws for the handle

This is a one star rating because of Walmart deceptive delivery policy! The freezer in itself is just fine although the pictures online make you think that the shelves are deeper than they are. The shelves are tiny, so large objects or wide objects would not fit. But if you need this product delivered, then I strongly encourage you to save your $75 delivery fee and see if you can get friends or family to go to the store and pick it up for you. I am a person living with a disability and paid/wasted $75 to have this product delivered to my home. Day and Ross is the company that Walmart uses and yes, they delivered it! Thank you very much… But it was left in the middle of my driveway… A over 100lb freezer that I am not physically capable to lift or move… Hence the reason for paying for delivery! And when I called up Day & Ross customer service and also Walmart customer service I was informed that I paid for location to location delivery and that there's no obligation for the delivery company to bring the product into my home. So they sat a freezer on my driveway  and I was not able to do anything to have it moved by either company. So I basically wasted my money and if I had known that delivery does not mean bringing it inside of your property then I would've got my freezer elsewhere. Incredibly frustrating and eye opening experience!

Be aware of Walmart's deceptive ‘delivery' policy!

It did not cool from the first time I plugged it in and I am still waiting for them to come pick it up to replace it. I am without a deep freeze for who knows how long cause they won't send me a new one until they get this one back at their warehouse.
