My son has purchased the Sierra steel toe work boots many times in the past. He says they are the only boots he's worn for work that doesn't hurt his feet and are durable enough to last for some time doing concrete work.

Work boot

Great fit right out of the box.  Didn't do anything but put some saddle soap on them and they look great.

Comfortable work boot

Excellent quality and comfortable for every day.  Exactly what I was looking for in a pair of work boots.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These boots are all day comfortable, they fit great, just make sure you use the sizing chart first so that you confirm your size. I am a 15 in gym shoes but i am a 14ee in these boots. They feel awesome all day. I can also confirm that they will not slip, i walked into school with snow on the soles. And was actually trying to slip and fall, to test the anti slip, they wouldn't slip at all, ive had these almost 4 months and the soles are basically brand new, i wear them everyday, and i have beat the hell out of them. I also just recently bought a 2nd pair to keep nice. Most comfortable boots ive ever worn.

The Best Boots ive ever Bought

These boots are absolutely amazing. I will never buy another brand of steel toe again. They are incredibly comfortable; I have spent full days in these with about 4 miles of walking on average. When I take them off, my feet feel just as good as when I put them on in the morning. I’m coming from a pair of redwings (almost double the cost) that did nothing but cramp my feet and leave me blisters, I tried to break them in for a year and they still aren’t nearly as comfortable as these ariat boots right out of the box. 

The ATS/Duratread sole does in fact provide substantial traction, and is perfect for what I need it for. Since my company is present from ungraded dirt through to turnover punchlists, I needed a boot that could do it all.

Perfect work boot

I bought the first pair of these boots in 2019.  They got a scuff on the toe and it eventually exposed the steel.  I replaced them with the exact same boots; but this time I got them online!  The boots are comfortable and lightweight.  I don’t mind working all day in these.  Good boots.

These are good work boots

1st pair I welded in lasted 2 yrs.
Got my 2nd pair once I started at a warehouse and had them for 4 yrs.
Now this is my 3rd pair. I work in a warehouse so I’m always walking, standing, I weld in them at home, I work on my car in them. Literally can’t beat it for the price. At the same time I bought a pair of thorogoods and wore them for a week. I prefer my ariats.

Best bang for your buck!

Comfortable

Do NOT wear these boots around any type of moisture. 10 minutes in the rain and your feet are wet all day. The band that rests on top of the foot can be a bit hard to break in, causing the first 4 ish weeks of wearing to be pretty frustrating. The leather tears very easily, especially on the toe. Make sure your socks are either knee high or you're tucking your jeans into your boots because that exposed under-hide finish on the neck will rub you raw on your calves. Soles are pretty comfortable. Love the look of them. Overall not very satisfied with these boots (2nd time Ariat customer).

Kinda Booty, but look great.
