No dust clouds with this Arm and Hammer product!!  I used to have to mop the cat room floor every 2nd day!!

Arm and Hammer Cloud Control Cat Litter

I was sick and tired of clay dust getting on everything and knowing that my cats were breathing that dust every time they used the litter. I tried a few options and, at one point, I had 3 types of litter available to my cats and this was their favourite. I no longer have dust everywhere so I know it's not getting into their lungs.

Great clumping litter.  Easy to clean and there is no dust when you pour it.  Cat does not pitch it out of his box.

Reasonably priced for some of the best litter

My cats chose this as their favourite litter. I have three cats and used 3 different litter types. All 3 would consistently choose the one box with the Cloud Control and not use the Tidy cat lightweight nor the other. So now I don't have dusty litter, and it doesn't track all over the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ​ I like Arm & Hammer cat litter in general, so I'm always excited to try a new variety. This was about as good as the rest of their line, and I would say it does somewhat cut down on how much they track it out of the litterbox. (Although mine like to fling and dig, so no help there!) Unfortunately I was not a huge fan of the clumping. It didn't clump as well as usual and stayed pretty tacky/gluey when scooped. Overall pretty good, not the greatest. #sponsored I am receiving points toward rewards in the Kitty Krew Community for writing this review. All opinions are my own.

Really satisfied with this product. We have 2 young cats and this litter is by far the best brand out there. Using the other brands in the past, It was dusty and our cats always sneezes and left dust in their fur. Cleaning it was annoying cuz I had to turn my head away after scoping it up. I would highly recommend this cloud control dust free brand. The only thing I was disappointed with was how long I had to wait for this item to arrive. Over 3 weeks!!! Hopefully when I get this item I won't be waiting this long. But the online team and in store staff were helpful which I appreciated.

Great product.

While it is dust-free as advertised, it does not clump as well as other litters (it's rather crumbly), and my cat still tracks the litter's sandy particles through the house. Also, I would have to rate this litter as quite highly scented, not "light scented" as advertised. I don't think this product is a particularly good value for the price, so I am considering mixing it with a low dust unscented better clumping clay formula from Arm & Hammer or an alternate brand of litter that is at a better price point. I have used A & M's cheaper Double Duty and Multi Cat Unscented products so I am leaning towards mixing with one of those. (I tried non clay formulations like those with corn husks and my cat won't use.)

Crumbly, high scent & pricey

I have been using this litter for many years and have always loved it.  The last 6 months I have noticed a big difference and a lot of dust. I have respiratory issues and so does my cat which is the reason I was paying the extra price for this premium product.

EXTRA DUSTY LATELY

I've been purchasing this exact litter for a year and a half, and it used to be amazing, but since the formula change that I noticed within the last month (August of 2025) it's complete trash. It's noticeably darker in color right out of the box and dustier and it doesn't work to eliminate odors nearly as well as it used to. It blows my mind that companies do this because now I will no longer be purchasing this litter. It's a huge mistake on the part of Arm & Hammer.
