I used to use Fresh Step but they changed their stuff %26 it doesn't clump like it used to do figured I'd try this out 1st %26 have to say it works GR8. Litter box smell is at bay, doesn't swarm me n dust when filling the box, clumps the best. This is my %231 choice now

May I say I think this is the best litter for your dollar. Very low dust, odor control is definitely middle of the pack, prevents stinking but not completely scentless. There are others that may be better on the market, but this is the best quality for this price point. Definitely has some good absorption. I was really surprised to see how much liquid it held. Soaks up a lot of urine before needing to be changed.
Oh yeah, my cats tend to like it too. Works great for them as well.

Better than most….

I have used Fresh Step for many years.
As we are all mostly watching our spending, I decided to try this cat litter. I got the 2- pack special, 40 lbs each box. Total came to $38. 59 for 80 lbs total. I have noticed less dust than the regular brand I have long used. It keeps the smell of urine %26 feces away. It clumps very well.

Arm %26 Hammer Extreme Cat Litter

I've only been dealing with a litter box for a few years but in looking for a brand of litter, I knew it would have to be unscented or gently scented as I don't tolerate strong scents well. I don't remember what brand I tried first but I thought I'd made a good choice. Not! I gave it away. Next I tried Arm and Hammer with its baking soda base. Since then, I've used a couple of A%26H formulas depending on availability and have been pleased with each, especially this one. Controls dust and keeps odor to a minimum. The box has an easy pour location on the said, helping to keep mess to a minimum.

LOVE this litter, especially with multiple cats. We have 3 and you can't tell as long as keep the box scooped every other day. This doesn't spill out easily or track out as much either. Clumps very well for ease of cleaning. We top it off once every 5 days and do a complete change every 3 weeks or so.

Great product

I've been using this litter for a while and it works well; it clumps well and my cats use it. However, it tracks pretty badly and it's scented, which is not recommended for cats as they have very sensitive respiratory systems. The odor control is decent.

Good litter, but unfortunately scented

I have one 4 month old kitten so I can’t speak to its “double duty” odor control but worked just fine. Does clump but takes a day or two for it to harden so couldn’t clean out the litter box as much as I’d like to and VERY dusty. For those 2 reasons, I’m deducting a star. Ultimately, would buy again over other options

Good enough

Five-star quality litter inside, no doubt.
Major problem: The 40-lb size comes inside a hard, thick square cardboard box. Alien glued top, pop-thru pour spout all the way at the TOPE CENTER of this giant monstrosity, barely supported by a TINY plastic strap at the top center of the box -- so you can just throw any notions of leveraging this thing right out the window.
If you are strong and nimble enough to grasp the 40-lb unforgiving monster box, AND lift it high enough for the litter inside to reach that top spout and pour out, the little flap you popped thru and stuck back into there, will get pushed forward %26 totally jam up the flow from inside. Now you're standing there precariously suspending 40 lbs of dead weight, corners cutting thru your hands (and probably knees), and still no litter.
Go ahead and set it down to re-strategize your next attempt, as the upright rotation launches all the loose litter stuck behind said flap across your freshly swept floor. GOOD TIMES.
!! Note to Arm%26Hammer:
Fire your designer, and call Dr Elsey for instructions on how to properly package your cat litter.
Calling a chiropractor now.

There are two reasons I give a one star. Recently when boxes have been delivered, were broken at the seam therefore very difficult to pick up.
Also the quality compared to when I first used it has deteriorated so much it doesn’t seem like the same stuff, extremely dusty and does not clump well at all. It use to clump great.

Sub-par

Arm & Hammer Double Duty Advanced Odour Control Clumping Cat Litter, 18 kg front-facing bag bearing the Arm & Hammer name, highlights dual odor control, 99% dust-free clumping formula and easy-pour spout; shows large 18 kg size, suitable for scooping and often used to absorb small non-hazardous household spills.
