Hello, I've got 2 cats. This litter is perfect for them and helps me manage the odors of 2 cat's bathroom breaks. Just wish I could go more than a day before cleaning the litter again! This litter is near perfect!

I have tried so many different litter options.  But, this is the one I have used exclusively for at least a few years.  We have 4 kitties and go through a lot of litter and the Double Duty stuff works so well.

Used for years!

Even my cat sneezes when he comes out of the litter box with this litter. Very dusty. Personally I found when cleaning the litter the clumps fell apart. Not my favorite

i have been purchasing Arm%26 Hammer litter for my cats for years as has my 
son also houses feral cats in their garage. Because of my age i was getti g the smaller size 6.4 kg delivered for me it was convenience easier for me to handle. i usually get in a box from Amazon no problem. this time I ordered it from Walmart and it came ina heavy duty plastic bag. i opened it today and a clouud of dust erupted all over the room. How Arm%26Hammer can you call that CRAP cat litter and put your Good Name on it. Before i opened it I asked my son and he did warn me, but i needed right away and it is very difficult for me to return. Beware of the 6.4 kg plastic bag that contains dust. No wonder the bag is light in weibht it contains dust.

very disappointed

I've been using this litter for about a year now and recently the formula must've changed. The litter is significantly darker and gravelly. It barely masks any odor and I clean the litter box every morning and night, doing a full litter change weekly. I'm very disappointed, it used to be my favorite litter.

Hello,  I thought I was going crazy but then I went to Reddit and saw this has been happening for over a year to other folks.   (See pics  of different color litters from diff batches)

Your kitty litter  products over the last year have gone from  very good quality to absolute crap.  They no longer control odors, ESPECIALLY  urine,  which has become eye watering  while cleaning out the boxes lately. They don't clump well at all, the color and texture  out of the box has changed from a lighter grey to a much darker grey color (which probably means that they either contain less  baking soda now, or are not dried as thoroughly?  which could explain  BOTH issues  consumers are having.   I'm  unsure of the ingredients and makeup of litter, but  the product has really gone down-hill  especially in the last couple boxes for me.   Others  have seemingly had this problem for much longer already.        

The most recent  boxes I have purchased,   from multiple vendors  have all exhibited the same "new" look and  lack of functionality.   I switched to your product  over covid time when prices of other litters went up,  yours stayed reasonable and it was  almost as good, but  I and many other users are seemingly  very disappointed in your products now and  will most likely be  switching away.  
Please look into this issue or I fear you'll be losing a lot more customers in the future.

Litter quality is crap.

I have bought this litter for multiple years! Mid 2026, the formula changed to a much more coarse texture that DOES NOT clump, and DOES NOT fight odor!  This is beyond frustrating, seeing as though I "stocked up" on what I thought was the same litter I always use... but this definitely isn't it, and the smell of my house proves it!   Gee wiz! Avoid in 2026.
