I had been using another Arm & Hammer litter and was very pleased with it, but I was looking to make a change (tightening the old budget!). I was very pleased to find this at my warehouse club.  It's been great.  Kitties have adapted quickly to the change & MamaCat is saving money.  And I notice no difference-the odor control is great.  thank you A&H!

Have been using Arm and Hammer Double Duty for many years for our multi cat home in 3 of 5 litter boxes 
4 of the cats prefer the  Double Duty boxes , 1 prefers traditional clay. 
I prefer Double Duty as it clumps quite well, has a pleasant scent that the cats do not find offensive.

I've just adopted a kitten and this is the first litter I purchased because A&H is all we used for our previous family cat. I'm not a fan of the Double Duty as it creates way too much dust when I'm pouring it into the box. I will purchase a different kind next time.

Too dusty

This is the worst litter I've ever used it is so heavy to scoop it doesn't last that long, and it doesn't hard clump till it sits in there for 24 hours if you do it before it's a gooey mess, I don't know how it gets good reviews they must put different stuff and different boxes but I'm never going to buy it again.

Been using for years now.  However, the last 2 boxes I bought have been absolutely horrible.  The litter does not clump cat all but rather creates a large sludge that seems to glue itself to the bottom of the litter box.  It is disgusting to clean and necessitates a huge quantity of the litter to be scraped out each day.  This also results in using up the litter at twice the normal rate.

Double Duty Has Become Horrible

I switched from Fresh Step litter to Arm & Hammer because Fresh Step downgraded the quality of their litter and it no longer clumped but instead created a soggy lump. Now I 'm having the same issue with Arm & Hammer litter. I don't know if this is a quality control issue or if these companies don't care about their customers. Anyway, now I need to find another brand of litter.

Horrible soggy lumps

I've used this litter for years and suggested to others that it is great.  Not anymore.  It has stopped clumping, is not controlling odor (and I scoop twice a day) and is now a disappointment.  My husband took care of the cats for a week while I was gone and he noted the same problems without prompting.  And the suggestion is to switch litters?  Clump and Seal is $10 more a box.  If I have to change litter it won't be within the A & H family

Changes in Litter to push higher cost alternatives

I bought this 2 weeks ago and I have not seen a clump yet. It doesn't control odor and  I only have one cat. It simply does not clump, I have spilled more on the floor cleaning the litter box, have not seen 1 clump. Very displeased with this product.

Does not work

I've been buying this litter for years since it's the only one my cat likes, but the quality control has severely gone downhill or they changed the formula. It's darker and has bigger rougher grains in the last couple boxes and my cat hates it. She'll go anywhere but her litter box now and it's been a huge waste of money since I'll never know which box has the litter she likes and which ones will have the litter she hates and the packaging is exactly the same.

Changed formula or poor quality control, now sucks

I've been using this litter for about a year now and recently the formula must've changed. The litter is significantly darker and gravelly. It barely masks any odor and I clean the litter box every morning and night, doing a full litter change weekly. I'm very disappointed, it used to be my favorite litter.
