We received this product promptly and put it together last night only to find that the holes for the "house" portion are too small for the average house cat! They are so tiny our cats heads won't fit. We have two persians who weigh approx. 10-12lbs and they will never be able to use the house. They like the elevation and toys but I'm slightly disappointed that the house cavity is soooo TINY! I can't imagine a single cat fitting.

Overall - Disappointed
