My husband first thought this was a waste of money especially since we had just bought a large plastic container for the rice and noodles. Then he filled it and the rest is history. It's so useful by measuring out a cup at a time and keeping anything out that shouldn't be in there - we now live in the country so food safety is top priority.

I love this Rice Dispenser, it keeps things away from potential mice and bugs and allows for a measured dispensing of rice. It's clean and sleek looking--I actually bought two, one for brown rice and the other for white (Japanese) rice.

Measures accurately. Looks great. Fits under the counter. Simple to use. Hold 22 pounds of rice without looking bulky or out of place. LOVE IT!!!!

Does EXACTLY what it is supposed to do!

I bought the Aroma rice dispenser after returning a very similar one bought on Amazon. You can easily tell this one has a much better quality than the cheaply made Amazon one. The Amazon one is made of thin plastic and the color is not even the same as the picture. Aroma is the exact opposite: durable plastic; what comes in the box looks exactly like the picture. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I have only had this for a few weeks, but so far very pleased with helping me keep my kitchen organized. I was hoping it was going to fit in one of my bottom cabinets, but I will have to find a better place for me to store it. It is very sleek and holds a good amount of rice. The price for it was pretty decent considering I looked everywhere for a nice rice dispenser. Walmart ALWAYS has the best price and if they happen to offer that product online, that's even better for me!

I just wish the container was airtight. So if that is a concern I'd look somewhere else. Besides the cup measure is pretty accurate.

Overall good purchase

It does not dispense 1 cup as labeled. It dispenses 2/3 of a cup, so we must dump it 3 times to get exactly 3 cups of rice.
Also, it develops a static charge on the tray and rice sticks to it so you must scrape it off to get it all.

I am returning it its too large does not fit my pantry. Other then its made with quality materials looks pretty strong.

have not been able to make a good pot of rice since we got our new dispenser-always mushy-now we know why-it says it gives 1 cup per press-we actualy only get exactly 3/4 cup per press-defect?? if you get one plan on adjusting your water accordingly
