The product meets the purpose that made me to buy it. It makes cooking faster with less risk and less rigor.

Great product for the price.

This rice cooker is phenomenal!!! Cooks up to 10 pounds of rice at once and cooks/steams rice perfectly. It also keeps rice hot for hours! The inner container comes out and the non-stick surface allows for simple clean up. The rice just falls out! If you love to cook, this thing is gorgeous and you will be proud of it.

The Best Rice Cooker!

I purchased this ricer for the cafeteria that I work in. I LOVE it! It makes perfect rice every time. Instructions are clear, it's easy to use and clean up is a breeze! I have been using this ricer at least twice a week for three years now without a problem.

Excellent!

This thing is great! I can cook rice and steam baby carrots with both done at the same time! I'm sure other vegetables such as Swiss Chard etc., would require less time in steamer but I'll figure it out in due time. I have only used this twice since it arrived but I'll be using this often so time will tell how well it holds up, should I have any problems, I will be back with an update. This thing is so simple to use and easy to clean, I should have bought one long ago. I haven't used the timer yet as I really don't have a need for it but nice to know it is there should I want to use it, I will likely try it one day just to see how well it works. I'm sure many others will find the timer useful. At any rate, I am very pleased with this purchase, I'm not much of a cook but now I can prepare meals very easily with little mess. One thing I should mention, when rice is done cooking, open lid and stir if you are going to let it stand on warm for a while, otherwise it might get a bit brown on bottom of pot. Yesterdays dinner, pineapple glazed chicken chunks, rice with stewed tomatoes and soy sauce and baby steamed carrots, Mmmm!

Fast shipping, received second day. The power on indicator and the turning on cooker is same light. So it made ma confuse that the machine is on or not. other than that the cooker was fast er than the promised time of cooking. wonderful. Thank you.
