[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a high tech rice cooker for many years, and decided to change to this because I wanted the stainless steel and not the nonstick. Even though it's not as high tech, it is by far superior to my previous rice cooker. It cooks the rice to perfection and is so easy to clean. I love that it's stainless steel so I don't have to worry about PFOA. if you're on the fence, just do it. You won't regret buying this.

Works exactly as it shoud

Makes for a quick meal. While steaming the rice I put my bean burgers in steamer tray to cook. Tried other veggie's with vegan hot dogs with same great taste.

Great easy rice cooker

I got this rice cooker for my husband. He wanted a rice cooker that was stailnless steel vs other cookers that weren't. To his surprise the brown rice and wild rice cooked wonderfully. The steamer was a plus because fish cooks so well in it too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes perfect rice and perfect oatmeal. I'm still trying to perfect the quinoa but pretty good quinoa over all. I've also used the steamer basket to heat mixed veggies while cooking rice... turned out okay. Over all I use this rice cooker at least twice a week and it has saved me a lot of time.

I love that its stainless steel. Smaller than expected but, I have small kitchen so it fits right in. Used for first time and rice came out perfect. I suggest using as directed. Healthier cooking!

Perfect rice!

Like another reviewer says, the rice sticks to the bottom of the pan. The other issue I noticed is that with mine the keep warm function only keeps the rice luke warm, not warm enough to serve, so I am not sure that I can trust leaving it out for very long of a time, and still have to heat up the rice in the microwave if left on keep warm. I own a very similar older model to this, same size and everything, by Aroma, from about 2013 and it stlll works perfectly with zero complaints. I just wanted an extra rice cooker that I thought would be just as great. I am a bit disappointed. At least the rice cooks well %26 yes this rice cooker still at least looks nice. Looks aren't everything though.

Slightly disappointed sorry

The rice all sticks to the bottom. I trust in AROMA brand that's why I ordered a different one with a ceramic base from them.  Hopefully, it will be better. I'm very disappointed because it looks nice and fixed perfectly for the space but has not good quality.  My old one, Aroma too,  that I have it for years never did to the rice what this one did at first try. Thanks.

No what I was expecting, unfortunately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has 4 functions: steaming, white rice, brown rice, and sauteeing.  Only the steaming function works.  The brown rice function is too low heat.  It takes 55 minutes to cook brown rice; other rice cookers take about 25 minutes.  The sauteeing function is too low heat and takes too long.    The 2 function (high heat and low heat) rice cookers work better.  The inner pot is a nice stainless steel.
