Their green curry paste is incredible, I discovered it a couple years ago and have been using it ever since. Once you master the cooking technique after a few tries, it tastes better than any restaurant green curry. I suggest using coconut cream with it instead of coconut milk, so you end up with much thicker and tastier curry at the end (at the cost of slightly more calories).

Their red curry paste is delicious too if you want something less spicy.

INCREDIBLE!

A little bit goes a long way for this stuff (and I love spicy curry). It's extremely healthy and blood-purifying and makes a delicious and easy curry if you add a heaping teaspoon to a can of coconut milk and simmer your fave veggies (peas, carrot, cauliflower, chickpeas) in the mix (hint: blend the coconut milk with the curry paste before cooking with the veggies). Then just serve your curry on steamed white or wild rice for a delicious, nutritious and fairly cheap meal! Can't wait until this stuff is back in stock, since the grocery stores near me don't sell it. 

Note: it's fairly spicy. If you want a less spicy curry paste, try the Aroy-D Red Curry Paste instead. You can make a great chickpea masala curry with the red paste (some red paste, coconut milk, can of chickpeas simmered and served over white rice with naan).

Why eat out at expensive Indian curry places when you can make a boatload of curry for a fraction of the cost in a slow cooker with very little work (even less work if you use pre-cut frozen veggies).
