Perfect size water container. Not too heavy when it's full plus there's a handle That makes it easy to carry. Good quality we had our last one for Over a year before it started to leak

2.5 gal countertop water dispenser

I prefer spring water.  The dispensing jugs I get at the grocery store usually leak.  I decided to try a beverage dispenser and buy my water by the gallon.  It's been working great and I don't have to mop up water.  Don't know yet how often, if ever, I will need to rinse it.  I'm loving it!

I the bought the particular unit because not only is it the best price for a 2.5-gallon water dispenser, but it also BPA free and very clear place which is a great help to keep an eye out for any algae looking growth. Now, it appears to e slightly under the advertised size because it holds a bit under half of my 5 gallon refiling jugs.

Other than that, it has been working very well. No leaks and the size is perfect for placement on a narrow counter.

awesome! no issues yet. used it for a few weeks for my hibiscus iced tea, and after I receive my brita filter I will be using it for water! doesn't take up a lo of room. would recommend having someone who can lift slightly heavy objects to put into fridge, as it gets heavy especially when filled. glad I purchased!

I know this sounds a bit crazy but I was tired of lugging a huge bottle of laundry detergent and tipping it to get the right amount in the washing machine detergent dispenser.  So this was my solution.  I poured the laundry detergent into the beverage dispenser.  It stays on the shelf in the utility closet and I simply fill a measuring cup to fill the washing machine detergent dispenser.  No more lugging a heavy laundry detergent bottle and risking spilling it.

Overall it is usable. The lid has a bad design. Lid does not tighten down. The design makes good use of the space in my counter depth refrigerator. It has a very large cap opening which is good for cleaning. Decent product just flawed. Seems durable, spout works well and seal is good.

I have bought this item before and loved it. Ordered 2 more and the male part of the dispenser is melted and doesn't seal and leaks really bad! Both of them had this defect

there is a massive hole on the bottom corner that I didn't see until I started filling it up!! that's why it was clearanced!? if it's damaged, DONT SELL IT! what is wrong with you people!?

ripped off and mad

This is my SECOND one to purchase. The first leaked at the very bottom. i bought leak proof tape to fix it. It held for a while... So, I purchase a new one, hoping it would be free of any leaks I would have to rig up. Nope. This one, too, has a leak at the seams of the two sides/molds at the handle.

low quality!

Poorly made. They break very easily. If you even slightly slide these back or forward on a surface, they will crack (you'll find tears) and they will leak from them. It will be hard to locate the cracks/tears, but that't why they start leaking. These are the worst as far as how they are made and easily break.
