It heats up very quick and even when turned off will run beads for a good 20 to 30mins. The stand is stable and the side wing stands are a nice aesthetic that serve a purpose.

good for crafting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the GT300 Is a great tool to use for any glue needs. Handles well and like the stand for the stability. I wish I had bought it sooner. Heats up quickly. the trigger is like butter and the amount you can change to how much glue comes out. The size is kind of big but it still is easy to use. I had bought another glue gun and it didn't work so I brought it back to buy this one. The one i bought was nothing compared to the GT300. I will definitely stick with this gun from now on. I really like it.

I use a lot of glue at one time, and finding a tool that can keep up with the amount of glue I need has been difficult to find. Well, not anymore. This gun pushes more out at one time than any two of my previous tools. The only thing I don't care for is the base that it snaps into, but other than that, this is the best Glue Gun I have purchased.

The GT-300 is a professional high temp glue gun. I purchased this tool to help adhere tabs for a dent pull tool and to do craft projects for my wife. Please note this glue gun requires long glue sticks and gets hot!

Great heavy duty glue gun for a variety of uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this heavy duty glue gun seems to work well, gets glue nice and flowy hot. We'll see how it holds up over the long run. I'm taking away one star because the cord is really short. IMHO a pro tool should have an 8-12' cord on it.

Ii attempted to use the three glue sticks included in the package and upon insertion of the third stick the gun pretty much started to backfeed glue out of the gun. Can't wait to see what the replacement gun does with the slow set glue I bought from arrow.
