Ease Of Installation

Shine

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We purchased the Artika Alton ceiling light for our front entryway. We wanted to replace our builders light with something more modern. The ceiling light took under 10 minutes to install. It is lightweight and easy to follow the installation instructions. Once we installed the light, we were able to choose from 3 different lighting colours and found one to suit our needs. I really love the black trim with the wood interior. I may have to purchase another one for my upstairs hallway. I would recommend this light for design and easy installation.

Modern and Bright

artika.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Artika Alton light and was very pleased. The light is very sleek and modern. It goes nicely in my dinning room and adds a touch of elegance. It was extremely easy to install with only 2 screws and I love that it works on a dimmer as well. I am also in love with the ability to change light color as I suffer from migraines and this feature is quite helpful for a dimmer light for me while still providing brightness for my husband.

Modern light with great features

Artika

Nice - works with dimmer, integrated well in an open area where we had modern silver over sink and and older black wall sconce by fire

Works with multiple decors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Artika light has been such a wonderful addition to my room. It is bright and I love the wooden grain inside it really adds that extra touch. It was very easy to install and it looks great!

Artika wooden grain light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quick and easy to install with clear instructions. Has a nice sharp black modern look and with the interior wood. Also nice to have multiple light temperature settings but would be even better if the lights were a bit brighter

Sharp modern look

Sharp looking fixture - looks awesome in my home. Gives plenty of light

Sharp

Artika

Beautiful product! I am disappointed because it is a product I bought online and when I opened the packaging, I noticed that there is a scratch on the wood...

Disappointment

I put two of these light fixtures in my laundry room. Even though they are LED and I put on the brightest setting, it is like I have a 40w lamp in there. Just does not put out enough light. After paying for install, just decided to leave them there but totally frustrating.

Nice enough light fixture, but.......

cheap, would not sit flat on the celling, light escapes, will return. Light is unnatural, not what i expected.

will return

I purchased nine of these for a new build, had them installed by a professional contractor, and all nine lights allow a seam of light through, which looks unpolished and shoddy. Upon reaching out to Artika, I was told this is intentional (which is ludicrous, but predictable for a company with no interest in supporting customers after a sale) and that "it looks like a light."
Pretty hilariously low standards of service at work here.
Ultimately, I will have to fill the metal seam on each with some sort of gasket, which will be a monumental headache. Wish I had bought something else, and most of all wish I had not given Artika any money at all.

Poor design and finish, inconsistent build
