Beautiful product! I am disappointed because it is a product I bought online and when I opened the packaging, I noticed that there is a scratch on the wood...

I put two of these light fixtures in my laundry room.  Even though they are LED and I put on the brightest setting, it is like I have a 40w lamp in there.  Just does not put out enough light.  After paying for install, just decided to leave them there but totally frustrating.

cheap, would not sit flat on the celling, light escapes, will return. Light is unnatural,  not what i expected.

I purchased nine of these for a new build, had them installed by a professional contractor, and all nine lights allow a seam of light through, which looks unpolished and shoddy.  Upon reaching out to Artika, I was told this is intentional (which is ludicrous, but predictable for a company with no interest in supporting customers after a sale) and that "it looks like a light."
Pretty hilariously low standards of service at work here.
Ultimately, I will have to fill the metal seam on each with some sort of gasket, which will be a monumental headache. Wish I had bought something else, and most of all wish I had not given Artika any money at all.
