Please refer to your attached email. I have to say that I installed it yesterday and fixed 2 plugs to the wall to hold  the pole upright as provided by the manufacturer  but during the night everything trembled down. I don't  know

should I keep it or return

We have this shower caddy already and wanted the same one for our second bathroom. The product is solid, well made and has great customizable options. The way this was sent to us though was horrible, the box was busted open and only somewhat taped shut. It looks like it had been returned and then resold by WalMart. The product is great, the delivery from the store was not great.
