I absolutely love going for shwarma and these are just like what you would get on the side. This is a pickled turnip, with pieces of beet mixed in. This is not a pickle and will not taste like a pickle.

Authentic flavour

Good in potato salaf

Love this! Goes great with a steak dinner as a side. I hope this is always in stock since I like to buy at least once every few months.

I love it

Was expecting a crisp pickle like product. They where way to salty and soft not pickle crisp

Not what I expected

Horrible you're best bet is to buy this fresh select middle eastern markets!

Horrible !

It is written marinated while it is salted to the max so inconsommable for me

Very salty too much and not marinated

Soggy texture

I loved these pickles but they're not available on-line anymore. I shop on-line and do curbside pick-up, so I just feel angry when I'm reminded about them.

Great pickle, can't get it

I had high hopes for these sliced pickled turnips from ARZ Fine Foods, but unfortunately, they were very disappointing. The first thing I noticed was how overwhelmingly salty they were it completely overpowered any natural flavor. Worse, there was a strong, unpleasant muddy aftertaste that made it almost inedible for me. It felt like I was tasting unwashed root vegetables rather than a properly pickled product. I couldn't finish even a small portion. I won't be purchasing this again, and I don't recommend it if you're looking for clean, balanced pickled turnips.

The Arz Fine Food Sliced pickled turnips

Not worth the purchase. I will throw it away

No crunchy like the restaurants

Arz Pickled Turnips front-facing jar showing sliced pale pink-and-white turnips in brine with Arz Fine Foods label; a Middle Eastern meze commonly added to shawarma and falafel sandwiches, served as an appetizer or side, and often used as a sandwich condiment or garnish for grain bowls.
