Value For Money

Assassin's creed IV Black Flag is an awesome game. The open world map is big with lots of stuff to do. its also a good game for people who hasnt played any of the other assassin's creed.

Great game

walmart.com

While this game does depart from the strictly assassin-based activities of the previous installments, it adds a lot of good things and happened to cover one of my favorite periods in history. I love the shanties, and the tavern music- it's not cheap, but it sounds like they recorded all of it live. It's good stuff. The way the naval combat works and the sailing is also very engaging and realistic. Kenway is a game character you can really latch onto and feel like you know him, which wasn't true for Connor in AC3. The upgrade system is nice for the ship, but for outfits and personal weapons they could have had even more selection, especially for the pistols. Still, all the weapons integrated nicely, nothing felt out of place or overpowered. The combat animations are superb and bring you right into the action. Overall, I could talk about the game for hours but in the end you just need to know that it's great, and worth having.

Favorite game ever to play

Great graphics, awesome storyline, will be playing daily for a long time!!! glad mom let me open it early!!! GET THIS GAME!

Love IT!

There's something to do for everyone in this game you can craft materials to help you, plunder ships do assassination contract harpoon whales overall this game is great and would recommend to vets of the series or newcomers.

Great game it gives you bang for your buck

I really like this game. Assassins Creed 4: Black Flag adds an enhanced combat system that really makes combat a fun experience. The story is amazing, and there are loads of side missions you can do. This is a must-have game if you are a fan of Assassins Creed.

A really awesome game! :)

This game is fantastic. Excellent graphics, from the characters, to the objects, to the ocean, and all the animals....
Game play is very easily mastered, there is a huge real time environment, a long and complicated plot that will keep you motivated. Many many side quests, again that will keep you motivated and playing. This game should easily be the game of the year.

One of the Best, should make GOTY easily

Black Flag has a large map, plenty of missions, and lots of side missions. Graphics are clear and crisp. Reformable and game play was better on PS3 than Xbox. There were more lag on Xbox. I love that there are hunting grounds in the ocean and sea battles. This is yet another very successful Assassins Creed title. Hope they will do a game set in the Far East like Taiwan and China.

Best series all around

Very well rounded game ... Excellent graphics , sound, and replay value ... Not sure about multiplayer ... But halfway through game and can't put it down

Awesome game

Got this for my son for Christmas... He was so excited.

Great gift

The game is very fun with a lot to explore, many hours of game play, better control features than AC1 and AC2, very visually appealing, and a great story line. But, it has a great deal of bugs that need to be resolved, or I just may not continue playing. Here are just a few examples, horses not able to jump over a very short ledge, people and horses spawning inside other objects such as trees, the game occasionally freezing with a reboot required, and not able to continue with the assassin contracts because a current mission is stuck with the contact invisible and not able to interact. If not for the many bugs, it would be hands down one of my favorite games. That is saying a lot because I am very picky about games. There is one other thing that is so irritating to me about the AC series; this one in particular. You don't know what all of the current mission objectives are until you finish the mission and then find out that you were either successful or missed certain parts. Overall, I would recommend the game, but with the caveat to expect many frustrating moments with the bugs and many mission replays.

Very fun but very buggy

I picked this up for my Daughter who had hers stollen as a replacement. The disc was fine but the package was clearly not new. It had been re-shrink wrapped. It was cheap enough so we didn't complain, but at least it can be known here!

Item fine but Walmart should have said it was used
