Great headset I just wish it had a better battery and able to show battery percentage on my Xbox. No echo or any problems with it, Astro's or Steel Series are the way to go.

Astro A20's exceeds all my expectations

Awesome headset. The sound is amazing and they are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Only issue I have with them is the mic. It makes a popping sounds when it's moved.

the first week is a little uncomfortable on the ears after that though there the best headset I've ever had

Awesome sounds, easy to setup, i def recommend it. Its my second one, just upgraded from the A10 to this A20

You need it

Very comfortable, and that is probably the single best quality about this headset. it doesnt become uncomfortable after extensive time wearing them like most cheaper options, so its a good option for someone who will use them hours-on-end at a time. They're loud-ISH but I think they could have a higher volume for some games and music use albeit they're plenty loud for games like Call of Duty where theres constant shooting and explosions. the microphone is good quality. Id rate 5 stars if they were a $60-$70 headset but i think for $100 theyre a 4/5 primarily due to the limited volume. i do like that you can mute the mic simply by raising the mic up all the way rather than trying to find a button while wearing them. They are a good headset but I'm not sure if id buy them again for the price if i broke it by stepping on it or something.

Quality isn't best for price

The sound disconnects randomly and doesn't reset unless I restart the computer.  Astro command center doesn't work and doesn't load or recognize the headset

mic never worked now nothing works my last one same model lasted over 5 yrs. flawlessly.  Disappointed

They don't come with the transmitter so if you don't all ready have one I don't know what to tell you feel cheap but hefty at the same time
