I compared prices at two other places and they could not give me this good of a computer for this great of a price!

I just bought this (Thursday, August 27, 2020) This Asus Laptop is just what I needed! It's so fast and has plenty of space for games, music and files! I love that it has 12GB of ram instead of the normal 4 to 8GB of other laptops! The only thing it could have needed was an SSD! I'll definately buy this again!

This laptop fit my needs perfectly. It's quick and light. Too light in weight compared to what I had until I got used to it actually. 
Overall, to me,  I'd say it's working GREAT for multiple uses, Including my mix of gaming and business applications.

Great multi use Laptop

[Employee of walmartcanada] Hello, I give a little context, I currently have 2 ASUS laptops in my house.
My ASUS laptop that I recently bought at Walmart was working fine until last Saturday.
Right now my Sound is failing, I can't hear anything, but if you check the configuration, you can see that there are no conflicts and that it is installed.
I think it may be a physical problem or a Windows update, because if the internal speakers no longer give sound.
If I connect my laptop to a bluetooth speaker, or to my TV via HDMI cable, my laptop's sound card works.
I have already noticed this problem with the sound card in my 2 ASUS laptops.
This laptop is fast, I really like that it has 12 GB in RAM, it has good video, the only thing that bothers me is the lack of audio.
I think ASUS doesn't work very well with Windows 10.
Try contacting ASUS customer service, but now for COVID-19 times, it's hard to get direct support.
I am thinking of going back to Factory settings.
Windows Update does not detect a problem. Thank you.

Audio Problems - Windows 10.

Paid an additional 100$ to have backlit keyboard and finger sensor. This is advertised as having BOTH. Well NEITHER come with it. Dont waste your time buying thia for this price. Go to the Asus Ryzen 3 which is also sold by walmart....(the refused my review claiming I've asked others to use their competitors) do you not know your own product Walmart??? It's quite literally the same with a slightly lesser graphics card. Asus informed me directly that they do NOT sell this model in Canada with either of those features.
