This is my 1st newer AMD Board and it is really awesome ! Only thing lacking is it only has 4 sata ports ! Everything else is great !

Well I don't know much about components. But amazin

Motherboard is clean and amazing

I build PC's For a living. I used the ROG STRIX B650-A GAMING WIFI to replace a customers GIGABYTE B650 AORUS ELITE AX ICE 
which was junk compared to the more versatile ASUS.
The quality difference is beyond minimal . Right down to the I/O plate being one piece vs a loose cheap inaccurate stamped plate that was extremely poorly fitted. I would recommend that you buy a better quality MB from the start and ASUS fits the bill.

No Comparison

I've only just installed it and haven't had time to do much with it yet. The install was easy though with the help of the guide being so easy to read and follow.

Easy Install

My system pairs this motherboard with Ryzen 778003dx and a 4080 super installed in a Hyte y60 case. The build was very easy and the motherboard handles it all. The built in WiFi is probably way faster than my internet service but on Speedtest it shows 378!

All in all very happy with the motherboard including the ARGB controller/ software.

would be nice to have a faster second PCIe. its nice to have HDMI and DP on the motherboard as not all GPU's come with second HDMI. it could be nice the have heatsinks or plates on the board spesificaly to hide wires and power cable under. for example, i have a lian li 360mm aio. its power connector and rgb runs to the right and beside the top heatsink. i recently tried to hid these wires going through the grooves on that top heatsink, and out t othe right following through to the bakc with the CPU power cable. when i tred this i ended up cuttign through the cable cover, and fullly damaging the connector. so adding some dedicated covers or routing spesificaly for concealing cable would be great. also, this same thing could be done for the conectors at the bottom (e.g. RGB, usb, hd audio, etc) adding a removeable cover fro this would be so nice, or doing this as well as rotating the conectors to be downward facing rather then outward. i have more things to add for other boards too. also, i would love to work or join the company in some way. i ma a student who want to get into the IT field and could love to be in computing or Motherboard design

Updating bios was impossible and left me with a motherboard that would not update and a new build that would not fire. Two days attempting to get my new build up and running without success. Took  my new build apart and replaced with an MSI and the new build fired right up without any complication!

Asus B650-A bad bios

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item has DDS4 and my requires DDS5, so this purchase was a bust.  I had to pick it up from the computer repair place, return it to Walmart and still purchase another motherboard that was compatible to my gaming computer.  A lot of unnecessary expense and running around.

I needed DDS5, NOT DDS4.

The ethernet driver is not downloaded properly. I even went to reddit for help and it seems this is an ongoing issue with this board dating back for years that has gone unresolved.
