Works great.  Took a moment to figure out how to access, but it wasn't too difficult.

Wanted  DVD/CD Player/Recorder for my Acer Laptop.
Saw the good reviews for this product and decided to buy.
So pleased. Plug and Play. No software to download. Computer recognised immediately.

Great no-nonsense product.

SO far so good,everything works. A resonably priced unit. Nice styling.

SO FAR SO GOOD

It works brilliantly well. I have 6 CD's which got somehow deleted from my laptop and after buying this nice looking clever thing I can listen to the French again effortlessly with the software included in the box.

CD Drive

A good backup drive for my laptop. Very pleased with the fact it is small and compact for carrying.

Asus portable hard drive

A nice looking bit of kit, the diamond pattern gives it a quality feel, the software is good and has many options should you need them. The unit seems a bit slower than I am used to but its not a massive issue, hopefully it will serve me well for a long time to come, on the whole would recommend, ASUS are a trustworthy manufacturer.

ASUS worth a look

I bought this because my laptop cd/dvd drive stopped working when I upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10. It doesn't work with Windows 10.

Don't buy it if you are using Windows 10

I bought this kit to record some dvd's for my upcoming holiday but the DVD - RW SDRW - 08D2S - U LITE could not be recognised by my ACER Aspire 5 Laptop no matter how many times I tried  !!!

Wasted My Money

Works poorly. Stops and starts, generally haven't the foggiest what its going to do most of the time.
