Righto mate, let me put down me bag of Fantales and give ya the lowdown on these Athletic Works Men's Fleece Pants from Walmart. Now, I'm not one to get distracted easy-unless there's a bag of Jaffas rolling across the red dirt-but these pants, they've got me attention almost as much as a fresh packet of Minties.

First off, these fleece pants are what you'd call a proper comfy bit of kit. Soft as a jelly snake left in the sun, and big enough to fit even if you've had one too many lamingtons at smoko. The elastic cuffs round the ankles-they're not stranglin' ya like a taipan, just sittin' there nice and easy, which is a relief if you're leggin' it after a rogue goanna or just kickin' back on the veranda.

Now, I've heard some blokes reckon the fit's a bit off, not quite as spot-on as a pair of FOTL sweats, but nothin' that'd make you spit the dummy. Once you've worn ‘em in, they're about as reliable as a trusty swag-just need a bit of time to settle. My mate Jojo reckons her hubby won't wear anything else, and that's sayin' somethin' in the outback where comfort's king.

The fleece itself is top-notch for keepin' warm when the wind's whippin' through the gum trees. But if you're the sort who works up a sweat wranglin' cattle or just leggin' it to the servo for a bag of Allens, the DRI-MORE wicking tech's a real treat-keeps ya dry so you're not stickin' to your pants like a Chico stuck to your teeth.

Price-wise, you're laughin'. It's proper affordable, so you can save your coin for more important things-like a cheeky pack of Redskins or a trip to the lolly shop. Sizing's fair dinkum too, goes from S all the way up to 2XL, so even if you've been indulgin' in a few too many Freddos, you'll find a pair that fits.

Now, if I had to nitpick-like pickin' the last Mintie outta the bag-the website photos don't do ‘em justice. They look better in the wild, so if you can, have a squiz in person. But all up, these pants are a bonza choice for anyone wantin' to stay warm, comfy, and not spend a fortune.

dont forget to check out the candies on multisave over at grocery aisle 4 or 5... mmm mmm. candies and these sweats right here for a cost effective pants party!

Outback-Approved: Comfy Fleece Pants for Any Bloke

Great pants. Kids wanted 2x or higher. They have a drawstring waist and fitted ankles, so they will fit no matter what. They love these pants… both the 6'2” and the 5'4” teen!

Never too big!

It is hard for me to find sweat pants (or pants in general) that I can fit into without having to spend an arm and a leg for. I appreciate that this brand's sizes are larger than the average fit. Normally, especially when I get actual women's sizes, I have to get a 4X and sometimes larger; the 2X/3X size fit me pretty well here. They are comfortable, a nice and soft material, and the leg cuff helps a lot so I don't end up having the leg fall around my foot or under my shoes. The drawstring helps keep the pants up when I'm moving around a lot and when tied correctly, easily undoes when taking them off.

Comfy, Soft and Big enough to fit!

Great pair of fleece pants. Pretty warm and comfortable for around the house. Pockets aren't deep enough though and things may fall out if sitting

Warm & comfortable

Very warm and comfortable, with adjusting waist. I like the closed bottom. so if they are too long. it doesn't matter.

Great Buy!

Great Fleece pants with cotton Material in it…..love the look

Great Pants

I absolutely love these pants!
My boyfriend has a pair of these pants, and after trying them on once, I fell in love with them, so I bought two pairs myself.
I'm very picky when it comes to pants, but these are just perfect; I would wear them all the time.

Amazing!!

I love these sweatpants and live in them at home and in the yard. I have been purchasing these in bulk (about 6 pairs a year) from the local Walmart store for decades. The store has not carried these for a few years. I found them online and ordered to be delivered.

These are now made significantly smaller than they use to be. I'm a woman who has purchased these in a size small (equivalent to a women's size medium.) I was shocked when I tried them on. The area around the hips/bum is now about 3-4 inches smaller, yet the rest of the pants are the same as they use to be. They were so tight in the bum/hip area that the pockets were gaping/stretched open. I had to check the label to see if they were actually men's and not youth size small. I still have two pairs of the size small I purchased a few years ago, and compared them to the new ones. The new ones are definitely made smaller in the hip/bum area. Bummer (no pun intended), but unfortunately I have to return. I'm sure the size medium would fit in the hip/bum area, but the legs would be VERY wide/huge.

Made Smaller Than In the Past

Received open-bottom pants instead of the closed bottom pant. Also we got a size large for my husband which ended up being too big, they have a very generous fit. We returned them without issue and got a size medium instead which fit perfectly. The quality is good and the material is thick and durable. So, the main thing to note is that the sizes are made larger, something to keep in mind.

A very generous fit

I bought 4 pairs all the same size in 2 different colors, however it the fit in one color was smaller than the other

not the first time

Not good its very large in width
Compared to its length
Is there any way i can return it?

Not good
