I liked the lighter, but it could NOT light what my husband needs a lighter for.  I bought it for him for his birthday.  Other than that, I think if you want it for a cigarette, cigar or joint, it would work out, WONDERFULLY!  SO, I gave it 5 stars and I WOULD recommend it!

like this lighter. only thing I dont like about it is it has an on and off switch which if you dont turn it off it runs the battery down while you are not using it. Seems they could have easily integrated that into the flip lid it has on it so you dont have to turn off and on every time you use it.

Handy and works without fuel. Like using a ultra mini stun gun as a lighter.

After reading. And going thru the instructions. I found no one uses this item in the proper operating manner. The instructions is OPERATION YOU MUST PLACE THE ITEM TO HEAT AT THE TOP OF THE ARCS NOT ALONG THE SIDES
THATS THE HIGHEST VERTICULE POSITION WERE THE ARCS START. NOT BY PUSHING IN THE SIDES. TRY IT YOU WILL LIKE IT.

Its sames to do what it say, but just can't challenge it. So check around.

No, expectations were not met by anything this product did. Recharge after 3-4 uses. Only heat created by this is right inside the 2 poles. If you touch anything to the arch (where the heat is) it goes off, some safety precaution I guess. Then it will not relight until you recharge it. Bought this @ 8:pm. When customer service opens @ 8:am Wal-Mart will get this back. Would have given a lower rating if they gave an option lower than 1. This does not deserve the 1 star I had to give to it. Don't buy!

I wish there was a zero star.. nothing but problems the entire 2 weeks the unit worked... before it didnt work at all... save your money... buy bic's or any other disposable.. you will get closer to your moneys worth than buying this item..

waste of money

I bought it, used it outside for a few hours, and it needed a recharge. Went back out, flicked it open and the top breaks off!

Broke first day

i used this lighter a few times before it stopped working. i charge it light a cigerette then it stops working. i wouldnt buy !!!!!
