Arrived on time and met expectations

This is a great and simple alternative to those annoying dangling cords hanging from the ceiling. It is refreshing to see a simple solution in a well made product to solve a problem.

These are great- they look so much better than some rope or string or thing hanging.
Very sturdy and easy to install- both the hook and pull down tool

We started giving them as gifts and people are as happy with this “invention “ as we are.
