If you know anything about boats and motors then you know supporting your motor while  traveling is one of the most important things. This one works great. The 4 rubber stops versus just a V shaped piece of metal with rubber is priceless. This one keeps your motor from wanting to turn when you do. It's adjustable so it can fit your boat exactly as it should. Trust me when I say. Do not hesitate to buy this one you will not be disappointed

My 9.9 Mercury did not work with the regular transom saver. You can adjust this unit to work with small motors. The bungee  strap is too long, but you can buy shorter ones to fit at some stores.
