It is a awesome shredder. When it said micro pieces they weren't kidding. Super quiet, 10 pages at once shredding with zero drama. The only down side, you light come on a lot and says the bin is full, when it's not, you got open the bin, push down and close it, get the light off, and the shredder, shredding again. Kinda annoying but would still recommend to anyone looking for a awesome shredder.

This machine is a large capacity and takes up a bit of space. The blades must be oiled for lubrication according to the instructions for use guide.  This unit will last a very long time if maintained properly.  I am happy I purchased this unit because i feel more comfortable using this instead of throwing my discarded documents (tax records, bank information, credit card statements, etc.) in the trash can.  I recommend this product.

Paper shredder is the perfect solution.

Quit and runs great! You won't go wrong with this Shredder. I like it's a P-5 security rating and runs for 60 min straight! I haven' t ran it that long but I've shredded some and it works as described. Love the hooks and place to tuck in a "Plastic Bag" to catch the shred. 5 Stars!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted a micro shredder. After doing some comparisons and reading customer reviews, decided on this model. Very pleased with this purchase.

This is one quiet machine. I haven't given it the ultimate test of running continuously for awhile, but it works well. It hasn't gotten warm yet like it's going to shut down.

Great product!

Came today and I put it to work, altho I didnt exceed 3 pages at a time for now.  It runs very quietly and smoothly, and it minces the sheets of paper into extra timy pieces.  Its bigger than I thought and looks nice, wheels are a big plus.

Great purchase. It did cost a bit more than I had budgeted for a new shredder, but it was a great purchase. Micro-cut, wheels, wastebasket, and quiet are all features I was looking for in a new shredder.

Great shredder. Looks great and performs very well.   Only small negative is that the slot for a 8 1/2 inch wide paper is tight on the sides, but it seems to fold/pull the sheet towards the center anyway if misaligned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One more thing I wanted to tell you:  I paid $15.00 for the Allstate Protection Plan through Walmart for 2 years.  But that is practically useless because when I received the shredder I saw that the Allstate plan begins the day I ordered the shredder -- NOT when the original Warranty runs out.  The original Warranty is 5 years for defects of workmanship and material and 1 year warranty for defects of all other parts.  So this 2 year plan I bought is not needed and would only cover the 2nd year anyway because the Aurora Original Warranty would cover the 1st year.  Shredders typically don't last more than 2 years anyway.  Well, we will see how good this Aurora brand is because we have tried about every other brand of Shredder there is.  I would like this Shredder so far if it weren't for the very bad design on the top of the printer which is so small, it can't even be read with a magnifying glass.

I really don't know how it works.  I stopped unpackaging it when I realized it came to me used.  It had black marks on the top and when opened, it had shredded paper already in it.  I purchased it as new.
