I put this stuff in everything! I wake up and put it
In my hot water with honey and lemon, great combination. refreshing and revitalizing! (Make sure you get the right combo though, if not it too sweet, too sour, or too spicy) make the gods be in your favour.  
I, along with my family, love cooking with ginger as well this is a fantastic option that doesn't die immediately, if not used.

If you don't have a blender

this item was delivered to me on July 8th and developed mold by July 23rd.

I opened the jar and used one serving's worth and stored the remainder in the fridge. When I went to use it a month later, the top was covered with blue mould. I have never had that problem with other brands of ginger.

Went mouldy in a month.
