Great value minced ginger, easy to use on stirfries, and also use it with beef and cabbage. Very tasty .

This makes my homemade soup look like i used gold lol . There are so many great things about ginger we can use for our health. Love this product great price too!

I love buying these as it's convenience in a jar. But be careful with ginger, as it doesn't last as long in the fridge as garlic before getting moulding. Always heed the information.

This minced ginger is as good as Derlea.  Aurora makes excellent products.

Okay, but not the same as fresh ginger, although it is convenient. I will  keep in fridge for those days I find myself without fresh ginger on hand

There is so much difference this and ground powder ginger

Rapeseed oil

This isn't nearly as good as the one I use to buy.  I could use the old on for a variety of things including tea.  This one is salty and off tasting.
