It smells good but i noticed my daughters hair is more frizzy now I personally didn't like it

I bought the shampoo, opened it and when my daughter went to wash her hair she said: "Mom, this shampoo doesn't work". It is not shampoo inside the package. It's conditioner. But the packaging says it's shampoo.

If I could give it a zero I woul. Gave my daughter and I bald spots. Dried out our curly hair so bad. I'm so disappointed considering all the good reviews.
