[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I played this card game 75 years ago and one of the few childhoold card games I remember.  So i bought 2 when I found it on Walmart's site so I could send one to the friend I played it with.

Played when I was a kid!! I'm 72 now!! Wanted to play with my granddaughter!!!

This was such an enjoable game to play when I was a kid and it hasn't changed a bit in its appeal to the next generation. My kids and I have a blast playing this and they learn the names of very notable authors and their books along the way. HIGHLY recommend for everybody!

Learn and Have Fun!

I bought this for our grandchildren to help them learn authors of great books. We played this as kids and we remember what books each author wrote. One grandchild was doing a report on Mark Twain which reminded us of how we knew what books he wrote.

Great introduction to group activity and terrific alternative to electronic screen games that tend to avoid social peer interaction. Fosters true family fun and a great exposure to the classic authors and exposure to their respective titled works.

My husband played this as a kid... now our kids and grandkids love it!!  Now we are trying the other versions of the game!
