I think is going to be helpful for a family member with Dementia. 
The instructions for the lock to opened %26 locked are opposite directions provided in booklet. There is a "PUSH" label on the lid above the area of the lock that confused the user; I removed that label %26 that problem was solved. The timed alert was challenging to set -- took me three times to get it right -- now alarming at correct time. Using to take meds once every 24 hrs.

Optimistic it will be very helpful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The medicine dispenser worked as far as keeping track of what's dispensed and the alarm going off at the program times. However, what we needed it for was to make sure my mom did not have access to the next times medicine and all she had to do was push the little wheel and she could get any medicine she wanted so that's why it didn't work for us
