Ease Of Use

It's been more than 6month since I purchased this product. It was a perfect timing before the pandemic too. I've been enjoying using it. It's easy to use, you just have to press few buttons, I'm a mom of 4 young children so I'm very satisfied with it and happy that I purchased this. I'm glad my husband encouraged me to buy one so at least I know what's in our bread!

small but powerful great little bread machine

Surprisingly, because this is not a brand name and it is chinese, I really like this bread maker.  It's easy to use.  The instructions are a little bit convoluted because of the Chinese to English translation but fairly easy to figure out and after you've made your first loaf--off you go.

love, love! daily use with breads, even 4 cup flour cuban bread. yogurt is yummy! other maker pan had rivets, which bent, and had to hold pan in place 30 minutes!

Works great and makes delicious bread! I wish it did have a recipe book, it just has a few on the manual book, but the internet is full of recipes so it compensates. I love experimenting with this machine makes perfect bread every time!

Awsome product!

It's beautiful and can't wait to use it.  I had someone get all the things I needed to make bread but did know I needed powered milk, so now I have to wait to get that, and since I can't drive I have to wait.

The machine is beautiful, works appropriate best I can tell with two loaves made, BUT THE BEAD PAN IS COATED. IT MIGHT NOT EVEN BE STAINLESS. I guessing outside is. I've had it a while and yesterday was the first day I used it or I'd send it back for that reason. It's a gold/copper color so hopefully it's non-toxic.  It's easy use and makes big loaf as I wanted. Stainless steel is what I wanted. Nonstick may be best; expected pan to be stainless.

I don't understand why everyone says the instructions are clear because all the recipes in my book are in the metric system.  My loaf settings are for 500g/750g/1000g.  I have gone online and found other bread recipes using common USA amounts such as T, tsp, cups in the book.  There is nothing in the book that mentions if the "quick bread" function is for breads using rapid rise yeast and I have been hesitant to try it though I am trying it today to see how it works since otherwise it takes 3 hours from start to finish and the quick bread recipe also uses yeast and not baking powder/baking soda.  The machine itself looks very nice and the bread has turned out well but this review doesn't cover any recipes in the book itself since being an American I do not have any metric measuring tools in my kitchen.  Yes, I know there are online conversions and that was what I did first, but the conversions don't work well for everything especially if you are doing the 750g recipe.  I don't know if it was an accident that I got a book using the metric system or if all the books are that way.  Good luck!
