Massive 'unit' but looks impressive. Sensor turns off right away when you move your hand away from sensor. It would be ideal if it stayed on for 5 seconds instead of turning off. Is there any way to change this setting, or change the sensor range? Instructions say to contact merchant but betterliving.ca goes to some parked shopping site, and nowhere is there a legitimate website. Hopefully this stays alive longer than it took to install...it was easy to install and all hardware was included for a tight fit. 'Merchant' please advis how to change settings.

Decent, but no instructions to change sensor setup

This faucet works perfectly.  It looks nice, and the temperature control is very handy. It's larger and heavier than I would have thought, but still fits perfectly well with the decor.  It functions on batteries, which are easy to switch out when needed. However, there's no lever for a drain stopper. But the motion sensor works great! I'd absolutely buy this again.

Beautiful tap! The perfect size as well for my sink. Is a little sensitive but works amazing! Good water flow too!

Perfect choice

I bought three Automatic Touchless Basin Fauceta from SaveOnMany and started having issues. I tried returning the faucets to Walmart within their 90 days return policy stated on their website but but Walmart stated I have to contact SaveOnMany and SaveOnMany's return policy is only 30 days which I was not aware of. SaveOnMany has not accepted my return request and continues to request more information despite the fact I have explained the issue with the faucets several times. The issue is the sensors malfunction and often does not activate to supply water when hands are within activation zone. I was very hopeful these faucets would work properly but unfortunately they don't. Save yourself money,  time and frustration and buy elsewhere. Amazon has an amazing return policy and customer service. I will purchase from Amazon and hope I find something that works as described.
