The Avalon 3 bottom-loading water cooler is made with an innovative stainless-steel body. The easy-to-use push button spouts make it so much more convenient to use. Simply press the temperature button of choice and allow the water to flow from the given spout. The machine’s highly efficient compressor makes the cold water crisp and ice cold at approximately 8.3 °C (47 ° F) without the need of adding ice cubes to your drink. The hot faucet is hot enough to cook one's tea or coffee or any other steaming hot beverage at approximately 85 °C (185 ° F).

Very good device, easy to use and nice design. I expected it to cool the water further.

Very good purchase!

Purchased new water cooler last June, 2025, and it stopped working at the end of day (2/3/26).  I contacted Avalon Support and together we tested to see if we could get it going but to no avail.  Since I was still under one-year warranty, I received a new water cooler within 2 business days.

I have owned these before and I bought it again to use. Generally works very well but make sure you clean every 6 months as instructed or it starts to break down

This is our second Avalon water dispenser. We had our first one for 2 years, 11 months and the cold water dispenser stopped working. we decided to purchase another one and this is our first day setting up and using it. It is very easy to set up and works effortlessly. It is very stylish and is stainless steel and black. It looks much nicer than our previous machine which was all black. Hopefully it lasts a little longer without problems. One thing we noticed which we like is no need to turn the self clean feature on like our previous unit. The one self cleans automatically.

SO FAR SO GOOD

I bought this a cpl weeks ago and discovered the feed pipe is unintentionally bent. I was curious when I installed the first water jug because the feed pipe was bent unlike my Brio cooler. Now I know there is an issue when over a gallon of water is still in the jug and the unit says it is empty. 😒

Broke already

I received the cooler on March 10.  It worked fine through the first 5 gallons of water, but since installing a second 5 gallon bottle it leaked all out and now the heating and cooling lights will not come on the the dispenser is not functioning.

This is my second one.  The first one is a little noisy but works well.  Water tastes great.  The second one, the water tastes like plastic after full 2 gallons of water through the machine. Now have to buy new filters and  replace and hopefully cleaning it fully will remove the plastic taste.

Mixed review, second purchase, tastes wierd

I just bought it and haven't even hooked it up yet.  I'm just registering it.  I have had two Avalon water dispensers in the past and have had no trouble with them until they quit working.  The first-a top loader lasted 2 year, the second-a bottom loader last 2 1/2 years.  This is my third - also a bottom loader.  The machines are fabulous until they quit working.

Wonderful machines but short lived

I better not review at this time, pump seems to have quit after filling both tanks and a couple cups of water.  Could be a stuck float or circuit board.  Night light still works.

Troubleshooting in progress

Water came promised, actually a day early.  Went to register, our unit isn't listed.  We have a A23F.  That isn't one of the options with the dropdown on models.  Water temperture is as promised.  Hot is hot.  Cold is cold.  Night light is a bonus feature.  
The problem I have with the unit, is that its a very tight fit with the bottle and the filters
to the point that the doors plastic catch, will not say closed and the door keeps popping open.  Is a shame, that you have to tape the door shut to keep it closed.  And yes,  it is on a firm level floor.    Don't recommend.  Won't buy again.
