The Avalon Hot/Cold Water Cooler is made with innovation and style. The easy-to-use paddle spouts make it so much more convenient to use. Simply press your cup against the paddle to let the flow of water to come out. The machines highly efficient compressor makes the cold-water crisp and ice cold at approximately 47° F without the need of adding ice cubes to your drink. The hot faucet is hot enough to cook one's tea or coffee or any other steaming hot beverage at approximately 185° F. Due to the extremely hot water, weve added a child safety lock on the hot water faucet. The water dispensing area measures 9x3.25x10 inches with a height of 7 inches below the spouts to accommodate most large cups and bottles. The dimensions are 11.25x10.75x42 inches. The water cooler is UL listed and complies with all standards of Energy Star.

After going through 2 similar water coolers , we found that they just did not last very long. We ordered our new Avalon a last month and we just got it this week. So far we love it but its still very new. We do not expect to have the same problems with cooler

Easy to use

I bought this for my shop building that has no potable water. It ended the relentless empty water bottles being thrown out and now I have not only chilled water , but also super hot water for instant soup for lunch! Well made, compressor is as close to silent as you can get. Cabinet is sturdy with no wobble or twist problems and the outer casing is easy to clean. I really like the fact that the hot water spigot has a kiddie proof “lock” on it as I have two grandsons that are enamored by this cooler! For the price paid it is a great deal considering the overall quality.

Well built , great price!

Bought a month ago and working great so far! It does make a consistent buzzing/humming noise when the cold water condenser is on, but it's similar to the noise a mini-fridge would make. I've turned the cold water condenser off for the winter (and left the hot water heater on), and I haven't noticed any noise since. The size is very compact and fits in my tight space perfectly, dispensing water is easy and convenient, and it fits a 3-gallon bottle (which is my preference) perfectly!

Compact, convenient water dispenser

I have not set this item up yet. Unboxing was easy and it is not very heavy. Thus far item as described and packaging was great. I will update this review after a month of use.

Very Pleased!

This is water bubbler #2 for us through Avalon. Haven't had any issues, water dispensed always comes out the perfect temperature hot and cold. Only issue would be the feet underneath them, would be cool if they could be adjusted to level out the cooler for those that have uneven floor.

Perfect H2O Temp

So far so good. Just hooked it up so time will tell. The one thing I am disappointed in is the height isn't tall enough to fit my tea kettle spout under as well as my water pitcher for entertaining. Our previous top loading water cooler was high enough off the drip pan to accommodate those taller items.

Nice features

Trying another one since my wife likes the look. Last one died within a year but Avalon promptly replaced it under warranty so I will give it another chance. Worked great until then.

My hot water paddle doesn't work. My dispenser was just delivered on this afternoon. I haven't purchased the water for it, yet. So, it's a little too soon to provide an accurate review.

This machine has been great- BUT we have only used it for 6 months and our bottles are having issues now where they won't release pressure. This has happened 2 out of the last four bottles we've put on.

Amazing machine- while it works

About 9 months after purchase, the dispenser is leaking water. I think it has a warrantee but I couldn't find it anywhere in the email.
