I receive my equipment in a timely manner, was easy to put together. Easy step by step process. I did forget to plug in the bottom wiring which is why it didn't' function at first. But I caught it and it instantly turns itself on the moment you start exercising. So I have nothing to do but walk on it. It displays everything I could ever need in information including pulse, time, calorie count and distance. It also has height and endurance settings. Display will shut off after a few minuets of non use and all you need to do is wipe your braw and walk away. Very happy with my Stamina - Avari® Adjustable Height Treadmill. Will highly recommend it to anyone.

Very sturdy - good for a non-motorized unit. Stows easily.
Somewhat involved to put together but instructions are good.
Had stripped two screws on the handle assembly despite caution with the internal wires. Customer support was excellent and shipped required parts.

Well built - excellent for it's purpose

I'm a 65 year old woman and didn't have a problem assembling it myself. I like the product because it's very quiet. I have it in a spot where I can watch tv at the same time and am grateful that the machine doesn't drown out the sound. My only complaint? It's not for tall people. I'm 5'8" and I have to hang on to the portion in front of me instead of on the sides, which are too short. This machine needs hand holds that are higher up. Of course, that puts me at an awkward angle for any long walks.

I Like It, Except It Needs To Be Taller

I used to have a big electric treadmill which was big & heavy but took some hours to get sweat. Compared with that, this doesn't take much space, nut you need to make the belt going to get actual movement, so gives me half of the time to get total sweat. I mean whole body!!! It is a great exercise mahine. I hop on while watching favatite TV programs.

I love the treadmill. It works just like described. It is easy to fold up and move. No issues with finished product. Instructions were a bit hard for me. But, I did manage to get it finished.

Great product. Instructions a little hard

Once it was put together by a young friend who really understands how to read the "manual", I was able to use and enjoy the use of this walking treadmill.  It fits in a small part of my backroom and I have been able to use it on a regular basis.  Keep the manual available until you understand the proper way to use this item.

Good exercise machine for a senior lady

Was fairly easy to set up. 1 screw was defective (did not affect set up) and new one quickly sent. Belt can be adjusted for easier, smoother walking. Having said that, you do have to “work” a bit more with your steps since this is not electric. Satisfied overall.

I didn't realize how much more work it took to manage a non-motorized treadmill than one with a motor.   But I have a small room/house and this is a very good size.

No motor is something I didn't think about

This product is not for people taller than about 5'6”. If I were shorter, it would have been okay. 

It also should be stated that you have to hold the bar in front of you in order to get the belt to move. That matters to some people. Personally I like to swing my arms when walking or jogging. I'm not the only one. 

Also, you can jog on this, but you can't run.

For short people only
