This light, foldable treadmill can be used anywhere in a home or apartment because it's non-electric. Plus, it wheels and stores away easily.

Performance Without the Cost

The Avari Adjustable Treadmill with magnetic resistance means you have a smooth, quiet workout. The dual flywheels also aid in making your workout as smooth as possible. There are three levels of incline to vary your workout and challenge your muscles in different ways: 8 degree for the lowest setting, 6 1/2 degree for the middle setting and 5 degree for the highest setting. For even more intensity, you can increase the resistance. But no matter how intense your workout is, the machine itself remains stable because of the stabilizer caps while you feel secure on the textured, non-slip surface.

During long sessions, you will stay motivated and on track with the InTouch® Fitness Monitor, which tracks workout time, speed, distance, total distance, calories burned and scans with simple, three-button control.

Supported by müüv

This product also includes free access to müüv, the smart audio coaching app. müüv helps you move 500+ minutes per month with the right mix of cardio, strength, and flexibility for a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Ease Of Use

Ease Of Assembly

Provides more effort-required exercise experience.

Can be smooth and adjustable, but may feel jerky.

I receive my equipment in a timely manner, was easy to put together. Easy step by step process. I did forget to plug in the bottom wiring which is why it didn't' function at first. But I caught it and it instantly turns itself on the moment you start exercising. So I have nothing to do but walk on it. It displays everything I could ever need in information including pulse, time, calorie count and distance. It also has height and endurance settings. Display will shut off after a few minuets of non use and all you need to do is wipe your braw and walk away. Very happy with my Stamina - Avari® Adjustable Height Treadmill. Will highly recommend it to anyone.

A great piece of equipment.

staminaproducts.com

Perfect for keeping fit in hot (or rainy) Florida weather. No need to be outdoors. Easy to set up and take down for a 78 year old! Stores neatly in a small space. Even a better workout than outdoor walking because it requires a bit more effort...which is GOOD!

Easy Fitness!

I'm a 65 year old woman and didn't have a problem assembling it myself. I like the product because it's very quiet. I have it in a spot where I can watch tv at the same time and am grateful that the machine doesn't drown out the sound. My only complaint? It's not for tall people. I'm 5'8" and I have to hang on to the portion in front of me instead of on the sides, which are too short. This machine needs hand holds that are higher up. Of course, that puts me at an awkward angle for any long walks.

I Like It, Except It Needs To Be Taller

I used to have a big electric treadmill which was big & heavy but took some hours to get sweat. Compared with that, this doesn't take much space, nut you need to make the belt going to get actual movement, so gives me half of the time to get total sweat. I mean whole body!!! It is a great exercise mahine. I hop on while watching favatite TV programs.

great sweat machine!

I love the treadmill. It works just like described. It is easy to fold up and move. No issues with finished product. Instructions were a bit hard for me. But, I did manage to get it finished.

Great product. Instructions a little hard

Was fairly easy to set up. 1 screw was defective (did not affect set up) and new one quickly sent. Belt can be adjusted for easier, smoother walking. Having said that, you do have to “work” a bit more with your steps since this is not electric. Satisfied overall.

Works as expected

Had to use a lot of silicone spray to be able to keep the belt moving and for it not to be such a jerky feeling. Also had to adjust the belt from traveling to the right. It required numerous counter clockwise turns which I thought to be more than what should have been for consumer ready item.

Avari Adjustable Height Treadmill

Customer Care

I didn't realize how much more work it took to manage a non-motorized treadmill than one with a motor. But I have a small room/house and this is a very good size.

No motor is something I didn't think about

Instructions are relatively easy to understand, but 2 steps were not included. I had to figure it out for myself, unfortunately AFTER I had put the thing together. The belt is not smooth moving even at the lowest setting.
It is compact, taking up very little space when it is locked in the upright position.
If you are a physically fit, strong person, this is not the treadmill for you. I bought it because where I live it's either too hot or too cold, so I needed an indoor walking program. I can't walk for too long on this, but hope to build up the strength in my legs and be able to get in an appropriate workout.
