Great gel to provide hydration.  Lightweight, not sticky and absorbs well into skin.  On hot summer nights I just apply the Aqua-Gel, when I need an additional boost, I will use the Aqua-Gel then apply moisturizer.  I have normal to dry skin, 46 years old.

As someone with “mature” skin, I struggle with dryness.  This product leaves my skin feeling soft and refreshed.  I use it in the evening with an Avene serum in the AM.  It does have a slight fragrance but I don't mind that for evening.

Super product for hydration

A super light but highly moisturizing product. Excellent for my aging skin but terrific for my teenage son when he requires a bit of moisturizer for his face.

Light but effective moisturizer

Aqua-Gel Hydration cream has a soothing texture. This cream evens out any skin irritation and reduces redness. It is a well needed skin program for everyone.

Soothing Aqua-Gel Hydration

This is the perfect cream for my skin (mixed). Every time I've tried a new cream, I end up just coming right back to this one. My skin literally soaks this cream in. It's dewy in texture and not too heavy. It's somewhere between a gel and cream. It seems like a combined serum and cream, and I usually use it without serum. I love it and have been using it for nearly 8 years.

Best Face Cream

Hydrance Aqua-Gel Hydrating Cream is absolutely Excellent.  I've been using it on my face for approximately two months now and my skin has never been better.  My face is hydrated, soft, & moisturized.  Also, NO PORE CLOGGING.   I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CREME.

Great light weight moisturizer

I was very excited about this product but after my first time using it I broke out with huge bumps that were painful. I hurried and washed it off in hopes that it would go away, nope it took about a week to heal. I have a feeling it's the scent that is added. Avene says they offer skincare for sensitive skin, but this is definitely not for sensitive skin. I usually have good luck with their products. This was expensive and disappointing.

Scented - not for sensitive skin

I have been using this moisturizer for over three years. Today I opened my subscription package to find the new glass container which is amazing. HOWEVER, the new formulation is terrible. Thick and sticky. Feels like it is just sitting on my skin. Used to look forward to using this everyday and now I need to find something new. Devastated!!!

DEVASTATED

TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRODUCT THAN IT USED TO BE. This has been my favorite facial product for over 5 years- it was silky and felt so good. I am SO SAD they decided to “improve” the formula! Why add a fragrance? It was perfect and mild before and now it smells chemically to me. But the worst thing is that it stung my face when I put it on! It used to be the best product for my sensitive skin, but it is no longer sensitive skin friendly. And worst of all the texture is all wrong- it's sticky, not silky and light. PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL FORMULA!!! I had to cancel my subscription until then:(
