I have Rosacea - this has really helped my skin barrier - the cleanser is not very sudsy so it's like putting cream on your face but it works! They used to have another product in the past but stopped making it and finally they have this one!!

This set has been a dream come true for my eczema issues.

Eczema Relief

I love all the sensitive skin products, especially the Tolerance cream and balm for my eczema and dry acne. This bundle is about the cost of the cream alone, so expensive, so it's very nice to get the other two products basically free. I love the travel size probiotic water spray (idk if it's be small enough for a plane), I can easily take it anywhere and spray my baby who overheats easily and has heat induced eczema. The face wash is perfect for non make up wearing sensitive skin.

It's extremely rare that my skin does not react to a product by turning red or itching. I tried the cleanser, moisturizer & spray and am happy to report that my skin did not react to any of them. I plan on purchasing these products in the future. Thanks for being true to your word.

No Reaction!

I have dry, sensitive, acne prone skin. A hard combo to deal with! I cannot use any traditional acne treatments because it just inflames my skin and make things worse. I bought this kit to try it after reading about thermal spring water. I've been using for just two weeks and see a notable difference. I am still getting breakouts so it doesn't necessarily treat acne but my acne is not as severe as it was. It has soothed & softened my skin in a major way. I don't feel the itchy tightness I felt before when I would wash my face. I LOVE the thermal spring water, so refreshing. My kids love it too and ask for it when I'm putting it on. It will be great for summer. I've just reordered the entire kit in full sizes.

The trio package alliwed me to try these products—I used a different Avène cleanser and moisturizer before—one of which is discontinued. I will definitely continue using both as they feel soothing without making me oily. The thermal water, I don't use much, but hope to learn more about it's benefits.

I am doing a prescribed acne skin regimen, and I bought these hopes of it helping with sensitive skin in adding soothing properties… My skin has definitely appreciated the products, but thought I'd break down “pro's” & “cons”.. Starting with the spring water: (I'm assuming because of the minerals/salt), it actually made my sensitive skin even more irritated, which surprised me when I read that it was to help w/ calming the skin, ( I mean, it's a sensitive skin regime).. I had to stop using it, even though it felt nice initially upon spraying it.. I'm sure if my skin was in good standing it would be nice otherwise, but for a sensitive skin label, this to me, is not compatible with skin that is irritated/sensitive.. Face cleanser: I definitely enjoy it, my only complaint, it that one has to use a cotton pad/wash cloth in order to wipe away from cleansing, which could in turn, cause irritation.. I like that one could use this on sensitive skin, it definitely didn't cause irritation, but, maybe if it was a rinse cleanser vs wipe, or at least had the option, since it being a wash free cleanser (which to me isn't the issue), it could be more helpful for those with irritated and sensitive skin… The lotion: I actually like this.. I will say, even though it didn't do much as I thought it would (from advertised), for calming irritation, I still like it nonetheless.. I would buy this again, but wish it had more healing/calming properties vs just adding moisture alone.

Pros & cons

I like the moisturizer but not a fan of the cleanser. I like a cleanser that foams up and this one really doesn't do anything. The spray water is ok but no really necessary. Probably won't buy again.
