I love having the spa easy set up easy to use cover feels a little thin I may upgrade

Great product and arrived very fast. 
Capacity is good for 2 people, massagers put up nice bubbles, but the heating of the water takes a bit longer. 

Overall, great value for money and smaller space.

London Spa Hot tub

There is no way it is for three people. It has a slow leak around one of the fittings.

Hot tub

I live in vancouver Bc, relatively neutral winters, and it has trouble keeping warm in cold weather, needs an insulation box around it. When bubbles are on the heat turns off and if the air is cold outside your hot tub will go cold quick. Otherwise for a small budget hot tub it does the job.

Doesn't work well in cold weather

Tub is deep water down low..can't see over feel like iam sitting in a barrel..didn't get the lid you blow up

Garbage

When we opened this hot tub, we discovered it had 2 holes in it. We contacted WalMart, but were past the return policy period as this item was a gift, and were referred to the seller and the manufacturer. Neither will get back to us. I tried to escalate at WalMart with no success and am extremely disappointed by the fact no one is standing behind their product. As a result, we have a brand new hot tub with holes in it and are stuck with the cost of the product. I would give zero stars but had to select 1 to complete the rating. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

We can't find a way to contact the seller and there's a big hold they ask for us to return it by Canada
Post and we are 45 min away from a Canada post !!! Should be pick up by the same delivery company

Received the order on December 13th . purchased this hot tub for camp. Finally unboxed it and  started setting it up December 27th only to have one of the pump unit connectors cracked , then started blowing up the hot tub and we can hear air coming out . We found a hole in the top white part of the hot tub . I'm extremely disappointed! Not sure what I'll be doing next whether a return it to be replaced or just return and ask for a refund.
