But he small items on the table downstairs and the lobby becausomeone will steal it. and Not in a clear visible bag so they can see what's inside it. Come to my apartment door and knock on. One little piece of paper front and back of instructions that don't give any information at all. And once plugged up only 2 ports worked. Never ordering online again for electronic products, it's too big a hassle to send them back.

Received this as a birthday present yesterday. It worked when I first plugged it in. It's been less than 24 hours and it will not display the picture on my tv. I even tried turning on different devices to see if that would correct it. I reset it as well while troubleshooting. Had wanted this to upgrade my old one as I needed more hdmi ports. My old one still works perfect and is back in use. Hope my parents have the receipt cause this thing is garbage. Also does not have any actual instructions for troubleshooting.Extremely unhappy with this product at the moment…
