Instructions are in Chinese, no English or French copy. Took a bit of time to figure out how to get it put together and install the driver. Also, with missing English instructions, it took some time to figure out how to format the labels. It works well, good price point.

Good value

Very hard to setup. I guess driver was on the CD that came with it but I don't have CD drive so it was useless. My friend helped setting it up.
While printing, I need to put weight on top so it would not waste empty labels. 
Otherwise it is a good printer.

Hard to setup, wastes labels but lower price

Bought the product online and returning back to Walmart. They don't have any manual in English. Everything is in Chinese. Very bad business approach.

Don't buy it.
