Assembly took a bit longer than expected but once done the bar stools looked amazing and felt solid.

The bar stools sit well and don't shift or creak which is great.

The seat has a nice curve which makes the counter stools more comfortable than I expected.

Honestly such a good deal. These counter stools look way more expensive than they are.

As I said on the last survey that you sent me regarding this item, which I requested a response from an associate, and have had no response (strike 2), the assembly instructions were missing from the shipment plus most of the sticky tags on the fasteners (A, B, C, D) flaked off before shipping and so it is impossible to match up the non-existent Instructions with the corresponding screw.  At least the pictures would help IF I had the instructions.  PLEASE EMAIL ME A COPY.

I write this review as a very handy person.  

The bolts in the package were labeled wrong, and labeled in such a way that the last set of bolts in the instructions were supposed to be the first set of bolts, so I had to completely disassemble the chair to get it right.

All of the bolts were too short. Long enough to catch the thread of the nut, but not long enough to reach the plastic portion of the lock nuts.

Product also looked very bulky when assembled.
