I also really like that the pieces can be stored inside the box so no pieces go missing. It is great to help her develop her motor skills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my little boy because he loves playing with blocks. I chose this one because its made of wood and the design. I love it and so does he. He will sit in the floor for hours trying to figure out what shape goes where. Its so cute and have a variety of colors. The pieces arent real small so no worries about him putting them in his mouth.

No small pieces

I like the fact that the shape holes on it are color coded to match the shapes going in so my son can tell me the color and the shape and recognize where each shape fits. He loves it, i love it, its perfect for young ones learning shapes and colors.

It comes with 9 plastic shapes of various colors. The plastic of the shapes makes it easy to wash and dry when needed. I'm able to use this shape sorter on-the-go, such as when I'm at a doctor's appointment with the kids. It's small enough to fit in my diaper bag and keeps both of my children entertained and learning. When you are done playing, just play one last round of shapes/color identification, and they will all be stored inside the box for next time!

My son is still a little young to understand the different shapes but he enjoy putting the shapes on the holes with my help. Very durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shape sorter is so cute! It's a wooden box with a plastic top and there are spots on all the sides but the back to put the shapes in! The shapes are plastic and different that what you usually see in other shape sorter totes. My daughter definitely prefers this one over her other name brand sorter. While there are so many shapes because they utilize most 3 sides and the top, there's only one of each shape. I think it should have come with two of each. But the issue I have which is why I am giving 4 stars is that the top which is plastic... not thick but super thin.. comes off. So my daughter likes to take that and try to walk around with it. I do take it away because if she were to fall on it she could get hurt. It's a straight piece not like a lid. Besides that I love it!
