Bench came fully assembled out of the box.  Just had to cut a couple zip ties and adjust the bench.  Easy setup and adjustments and fold up nicely to put away.  Seems very sturdy.  Time will tell how it holds up but first impressions are it's a great unit for the money.

I've got to say I'm quite impressed value for the money absolutely as far as setup goes in a flash nothing to it whatsoever and it is pretty rigid. It's starting. I'm 6'2” and weigh 225… no problems whatsoever. I'd highly recommend this product. I've been using it now for a couple of days, money well worth spending.

Thanks for the buck

I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase! I took it out of the box and  just needed to use the pins included  to set it up. I was so thrilled no drilling or screwing was involved. The cushion is thick and high quality. It is very easy to adjust the positions.  easy fold.

Very sturdy. I'm 220ish and lift well over that for reps and I feel comfortable and the bench doesn't move at all. Easy to move around and very happy for the price. Btw the bands they have with it are useless. They are just a long bungee cord.

Luckily my husband is good at assembly without instructions,  as they were included but in super tiny print. Did go together easy enough, is sturdy, comfortable to use and great product for the price. Folds down nicely

Folds and unfolds nice

For the price cant beat it. It came mostly together, just have to put pin in and adjust to use. Only used for arms so far but seems sturdy enough chest tomorrow seems like it will do the job.

Solid and Stable Bench	

This bench feels incredibly sturdy during workouts. It doesn't wobble or shift, even when using heavier weights. Perfect for strength training at home.

Short people workout

It was okay for the money. Not that sturdy, and somewhat cheaply made. But it was fully assembled, easy to adjust, and in good condition. If you need something for basic workout functions and on a tight budget, this will work fine.

It is very flimsy made.  Got it to do incline presses so I tried this economy bench . Oh man what a mistake. For beginners it could possibly be good but the rating at 800 lbs is something I have a hard time believing it could handle.
