I love the wand and it looks good for a while but I end up with mascara under my eyes before the end of the day. I stopped putting it on my lower lashes to see if that was the problem. It helped but I still end up with mascara under my eyes.

I did not find this to be waterproof at all.  It went on nice but would "Melt" off my lashes as the day went on.  I'm a big Burts Bees fan, but this items needs some fine tuning.

Worse mascara I have ever used. It smears right away. I may as well put a black smudge under my eyes

The application brush is a weird shape, I got mascara all over my eyelids and then when I tried to wipe it off it just spread everywhere.

Can't even apply it without it smearing on your eye no matter what I tried. I tried wiping excess mascara off, tried applying it differently (multiple ways), tried a different wand… and I tried for 3 weeks to make this garbage mascara work. Once it's kind of on and dried a bit it just smudges off anyways. It leave dark circles under your eyes. This wouldn't even be a good normal mascara never mind claiming it's waterproof. I'm mad I didn't keep the receipt to return it because it's also overpriced. Stop selling this product!

Terrible waterproof mascara

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.
I've been slowly trying to transition my makeup products over to burtsbees and was so disappointed that this mascara is so terrible! It smudges like crazy! 
Burts Bees, either fix this or take it out of circulation, it's tainting your otherwise good brand!

Doesn't work!

I rarely write negative reviews & I'm a die hard fan of Burt's black multi benefit mascara, the lip shimmers, the powder foundation but this new waterproof version is anything but. The color of the bottle is cute, the shade of black is lovely, the wand worked well but the whole waterproof concept was null. I've never really had smearing, bleeding or smudging with the multi benefit mascara except maybe during a heavy cry and frankly it's just wiped right off leaving no mess. Not true if this supposed waterproof version. Five minutes literally after it was on and I was out the door for work, without any touching of my face, I had smears, smudges & lash prints in my under eye area. Since I never have this issue I don't carry make up on me so I did my best to try to wipe it off while driving. Suffice it to say I had dark shadows under my eyes all day and the remainder mascara continued to come off the rest of the morning. What a terrible letdown and embarrassing. I literally used it once and will never ever use it again. And frankly I'd send it back but don't feel it's worth the cost of shipping. So epically disappointed.

Unfortunately Will Be Tossing It

I bought this a month ago.  Loved that Waterproof mascara came in black/brown! Loved the applicator.  Loved the way it looked....UNTIL....cold air touched my face, allergies surfaced, and an emotional moment occurred..... The mascara was no longer on my lashes, but on my face.  Had to return the product.

I had to stop using my other waterproof mascara,  it was making my eyes burn. Whatever the drying agent it had in it , is what the Dr said. I bought this in hopes it would work because it's natural and waterproof.  It has never failed me. It takes a bit longer to dry on my lashes. It's not instant because there is no harsh chemicals.  I'll gladly wait 1 or 2 minutes . Ps, it makes my lashes look awesome.
