Worked right the box.  Very plug and play.  Please just make sure you have the correct OS for it to work.  Works fine with Windows.  Will not work with a Chromebook.

really like sturdy tough case and double headed connector.  hard to open.  but keep at it.  it seemed to help when i squeezed the case and made the lid flex slightly.   strong and fast i wouldn't worry about dropping it.  easy install once i got it open.

It's great to find these drive enclosures around still, they come in handy when backing up older computers and laptops or salvaging old hard drives. I also have an nvme enclosure by Benfei and I have to say I really like their quality.

The USB cable is not detachable, which some might prefer but it wasn't critical for me so no big deal.

Will definitely buy more whenever I need it.

Needed A Few SSD -Hard Drive External Enclosures. These Fit The Bill For Me Perfectly!!! I Especially Like The Option To Connect With USB-A Or USB-C. Since Most USB Is Going To Type- C Anyway. Super Easy Top Cover Slides Off Has Rubber Padding Options Inside The Enclosure To Compensate For Different Thickness SSD Drives. Great Price Fast Shipping.... ELEVEN ON A SCALE OF TEN !!!!!!!

The USB connection cable could be a little longer. Other than that it was as advertised and is working just fine.

It is critical to know the interface type for all external enclosures, this enclosure provide NO information as to it interface type other than USB (which is obvious).  Is it 2.0, 3.0, 3.1, 3.2 or something else?  I'm still not sure what it is.

Missing A Lot Of Information About The Product

I did not work at all. The drive did not even fit inside and would not even close. The drive is a Seagate. Not worth the money.

Did Not Fit Seagate 2.5 Sata HDD

Installed a Crucial MX500 2,5" SSD , but my Linux OS saw only 1Gb.  It tried to refomat the drive, it wouldn't allow it. Worthless, I didn't ask Walmart for a return because cost of the enclosure wasn't worth it.  Maybe it works on a Windows PC, but I don't know as I don't have one.
