Ive used power pro for years on my charters but thought I would give this a try since cost was better. Was not disappointed. This is a great line with  super smooth casting and good knot retention. All I will have on my boat.

I really was impressed with this line it cast great had no twist using a paddle tail worm all day I really like this line and will purchase more as soon as possible.

X5 line

The x5 is great it is smooth coming of your reel when you cast great sensitivity.  Very smooth when reeling back and fighting a fish.

X5 braid

I got some braid and it was the first time it casts double what i could before I can feel what I couldnt before and i am looking to catch my pb on it I had one on but lost not lines fault

Strong and reliable

I bought this to reset my line counter reels, I am totally amazed at the difference it made on my crankbaits. It is absolutely great line.

I purchased this line to put on a spinning reel but have found it to preform equally well on a casting real.

Smooth casting braid!

Bought this last year and put in on my sons fishing rod and he casts twice as far as before. Works great for areas with lots of weeds as well. Would buy this line again.

Smooth casts

Recently  purchased the X5 braid to throw vibrating jigs on. Very please with lines performance  and durability.

Berkley  X5 30lb test

Its much i thicker than the stated diameter. I don't really like the colour, not that that's a performance issue though. Its a bit too rough, im guessing the 5 braid doesn't twine neatly. It is a tough line rather than casting line which is what i wanted except i think the casting is compromised too much. I will stick to 4 twist braid.

there are better braids

I bought some 10lb about a month ago had no problems until I put a 1/2 oz spinnerbait on there brand new two cast it worked fine on the third its 97 ft into a pond needless to say I took it off and put something else on my rod I would add a photo but you would just see a picture of the pond

Kind of a waste
